Greetings, I'm Pamela. Welcome! I would describe myself as a wonderfully complex human being. I've been formally practicing Holistic Educational Therapy and Energy Therapy since 2017. I love empowering individuals to understand their bodies (both physical and energetic), and minds, to discover the gentle power of energetic therapies, and to help them find their own INNER SANCTUARY. As a trusted Energy Practitioner, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and Western thought forms while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Energy Practitioner. My specialty lies in working with children and their parents in order to give parents (and their kids) tools to better their relationship with themselves and with each other, in order to establish overall harmony in their lives and homes. I love bringing people together and going forward, I really aim to be a part of bringing big changes to the world, especially when it comes to the methods in which we educate our children!

Hello, I'm Nadia, I'm happy you're here! I'm a mom of three, a teacher, and a student who is always eager to learn and grow. My ultimate goal is to empower families with the necessary tools to take care of their loved ones, preventatively or when symptoms arise, while also providing them with different options. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, I prefer to view each person as a whole with their unique and specific needs. I am excited to work with you and your family to establish strong foundations. My specialty lies in teaching families how to achieve an overall sense of wellness and harmony, both individually and as a family unit. I aim to bridge the gap between eastern and western medicine by offering easy-to-use preventative protocols and products. I want you to know that using homeopathy preventatively can be a valuable addition to your family's wellness routine. Moving forward, my future goals include working with individual family members to meet their specific needs!

Our Philosophy

At Sanctuarium Holistic Wellness Center in Montreal, Quebec, our philosophy is rooted in the belief that true wellness encompasses a harmonious balance of physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual dimensions.

The idea for Sanctuarium began to take shape around 15 years ago, starting as a simple notion that evolved into a profound vision, with the name coming to us as an instant, divine download—a moment of perfect timing when the seeds of our mission were first planted.

A few years ago, Nadia and Pamela, both deeply committed to integrating holistic care into their own lives, realized that their visions and goals were aligning. They shared a common aspiration to extend this holistic approach to others, fostering a space where individuals feel truly at home.

We are dedicated to creating an environment that embraces the complexity of each individual, providing a non-judgmental space where people can connect with their true selves, discover their inner peace, and become part of a supportive community. Our mission extends beyond personal healing; we aim to elevate and raise the vibration and consciousness of our communities in Montreal and beyond, nurturing growth and transformation for all who enter our doors.
