Lavandula latifolia (Spike lavender essential oil) (herb top flowering) 40%, Melaleuca alternifolia (Tea tree essential oil) (leaf) 30%, Rosmarinus officinalis* (Rosemary essential oil) (herb top flowering) (CT verbenone) 20%, Mentha x piperita (Peppermint essential oil) (twig flowering) 5%, Laurus nobilis (Bay laurel essential oil) (leaf) 4%, Syzygium aromaticum (Clove essential oil) (bud) 1%.
Adults (18 years and over): For local application: add 1-4 drops to 5 ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil and apply to affected area up to 3 times per day. Do not use essential oils undiluted. Do not apply in ears or nostrils.

Direct inhalation: apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to handkerchief or tissue and inhale occasionally up to 3 times per day.

For occasional use only. External use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil or water. Store at room temperature.
