White Sage is a perennial aromatic plant named Salvia Apiana originating from North America. 1) Put a few leaves into a heatproof bowl and light the tips.
2) With the bowl in hand and your sage burning over it, move through the space, spreading the smoke in all corners, across all doors, closets, and hallways. If you are doing this for yourself or someone else, simply move the bowl around you or the other person.
3) Remember to state your intention and hold it in your mind as you are burning the leaves and moving around the space.
